1. Service description

Tendara Now is a subscription-based platform aggregating consulting and advisory opportunities from development finance institutions and international organisations, with personalised CV-based matching.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a professional in the international development sector. By registering you confirm your information is accurate and complete.

3. Subscription and billing

• Free trial: 30 days full access, no credit card required
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Cancel any time from the billing page — takes effect at end of billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy or redistribute opportunity data for commercial purposes
• Use the platform to train machine learning models without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Opportunity data accuracy

We aggregate publicly available tender notices and make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but cannot guarantee all opportunities are current or complete. Verify details directly with the issuing organisation. We are not liable for missed deadlines or inaccurate information.

6. Intellectual property

The Tendara Now platform, design, and methodology are owned by Rebelgroup Advisory B.V. The Tendara Now name and compass logo are trademarks of Rebelgroup Advisory B.V.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Tendara Now is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed opportunities, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
