Tendara Now is a development finance consulting opportunity platform operated by Rebelgroup Advisory B.V., registered in the Netherlands. Contact: info@tendara-now.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal data:
- Name and email address when you register
- CV text you upload to enable personalised opportunity matching
- Usage data: pages visited and email links clicked, stored as hashed IP addresses
- Payment data processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers on our servers
- Messages you send via the contact form
3. How we use your data
We use your data only for:
- Matching your CV against consulting opportunities
- Sending email digests of relevant opportunities (unsubscribe any time)
- Processing your subscription payment via Stripe
- Improving the platform through anonymised analytics
- Responding to support requests
4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
We process your personal data under:
- Contract performance: delivering the service you signed up for
- Legitimate interests: anonymised analytics to improve the platform
- Consent: marketing emails, withdrawable at any time
5. Data storage and security
Data is stored on DigitalOcean servers in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We use HTTPS, bcrypt password hashing, and restricted server access. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Third-party services
We share data with:
- Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing
- SendGrid (sendgrid.com) — email delivery; your email is shared to send digests
- Google / Microsoft — optional OAuth login; only name and email are received
- DigitalOcean — server infrastructure in Amsterdam
7. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of all personal data we hold
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: delete your account and all personal data
- Portability: receive your data in machine-readable format
- Object: object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent: unsubscribe from emails at any time
8. Data retention
We retain data while your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
9. Cookies
Tendara Now uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
